My Story

Nature. Photography. Passion.

It is all about Photography. Since I was 9 years old I have had a camera in my hand. And since the beginning I had a passion for capturing all wonders and beautiful things in the world such as horses at 9 years old, dancer friends at 14, travelling stories at 20 and ever since, and now wildlife.

Nature was there too from the beginning because living in the countryside was nothing but. Running in fields and forests as kid was just normal thing to do. That was the good side of living away from the city.

As I grew up big cities and travelling started to interest me more and more. After high school the urge to go was so big that I moved to London to work and explore. Fun times. There an idea crossed my mind to travel around the world with a backpack. What a decision it was! I was travelling low budget and I saw some beautiful places around the world that I captured with my camera.

After 4 years abroad I returned to Finland a few great adventures richer. I felt it was time to study, settle down and so on. While studying Business I quite unplanned ended up continuing my mom’s company designing and manufacturing dance wear and gymnastics competition wear. Surrounded with rhinestones and all things glittering it was a different world. Work included lots of designing, but also photographing dancers and other athletes too. It was very creative and challenging time and I learned a lot running my own business that grew from 1 entrepreneur to 10 employee company.

Passion for nature photography and learning how to capture technically perfect, but also visually interesting bird photos was growing aside for a while and in the end it grew to the point where it was necessary to leave everything else and make time to concentrate to only that. This is where I am now. This is where the story begins.
